- 1 Jar Tully’z All-Natural Rogan Josh Curry Sauce
- 375 Spaghetti (uncooked)
- 400g Raw Meatballs or Falafels (store bought)
- 1/2 cup Greek feta/Almond feta
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Freshly chopped coriander for garnish
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Cook the pasta as per packet instructions and keep aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large and deep non-stick frying pan and pan fry Meat balls/Falafels until cooked.
- Pour in the whole jar of Tully’z All-Natural Rogan Josh Curry sauce, cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Open lid and mix in the cooked pasta and fresh coriander. Serve hot with a sprinkle crumbled greek feta and parmesan, and Boom-Shaka-Laka..Dinner done!
