1 jar of Tully'z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce
- 375 g pasta of your choice (cooked per packet instructions, kept warm)
- 1 medium zucchini (cut into 2–3 cm cubes)
- ½ cup almond feta or Greek feta
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil on high in a large, deep non-stick frying pan.
- Add the zucchini and cook for 2 minutes on high, or until slightly golden.
- Pour in Tully’z All-Natural Butter Chicken Curry Sauce, cover, and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, then top with feta and chopped coriander.
- Serve hot and enjoy a quick, delicious meal.
