Ingredients
- 250g Chicken/Tofu pieces
- 1 cup or 120g Almond or Greek feta
- 1/2 cup or 60g Mozzarella cheese/ Plant-Based cheese
- 1 jar Tully'z All-natural Butter chicken curry sauce
- 2 Pizza bases (store bought)
- 1 tsp garlic paste + 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Mayonnaise/ Spicy Mayonnaise
- Preheat the oven to 180ºc/350ºf
- In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, ginger, garlic, 1/4 of the jar of Tully'z All-Natural Butter chicken curry sauce, and chicken or tofu.
- Line a baking tray, arrange the chicken/tofu pieces, and bake for 10 minutes or until chicken/Tofu is cooked.
- Spread an even layer of Tully'z All-Natural Curry Sauce and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
- Place cooked chicken/tofu and feta cheese on top and bake on 180ºc for 5 minutes or until the crust is golden around the edges and cheese is bubbling.
- Once out, drizzle with spicy mayo and Boom-Shaka-Laka...Dinner done!
