Ingredients
- 500g cubed Chicken or Cauliflower (approx. 2-3cm)
- 1 Jar Tully’z All-Natural Korma curry sauce.
- 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce (Use Tamari for gluten free option)
- 2 lime leaves (can replace with zest of 1/2 lime)
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup/Honey 2 Tbsp oilve oil
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil and pan-fry chicken/cauliflower on med-low heat until cooked.
- Mix in the whole jar of Tully’s All-Natural Korma Curry Sauce and all the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Stir in fresh coriander and serve hot with naan, rice, or roti, and Boom-Shaka-Laka...Dinner done!
