Ingredients
- 1 whole cauliflower cut into bite sized florets. 1 Jar Tully’z All-Natural Korma curry sauce.
- 1 cup or 200g cooking cream or coconut cream
- 1.5 cup or 300g mozzarella cheese/plant based mozzarella. 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pre-heat the oven to 180ºc/350ºf
- Arrange cauliflower florets in an oven-proof baking dish lined with olive oil.
- Mix in the whole jar of Tully’s All-Natural Korma Curry Sauce and fresh coriander.
- Top with cream, and an even layer of cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and golden. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan, rice, or roti and Boom-Shaka-Laka...Dinner done!
