Sausage Tikka Masala


  • 1 Jar Tully’z All-Natural Rogan Josh Curry Sauce
  • 500g chorizo sausages/plant based sausages (cut in 3 cm pieces)
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney (can also swap with Apricot preserve or jam)
  • 2 tbsp. Roughly chopped fresh coriander. 1 tbsp olive oil.


  • Dice the sausages in 2cm pieces and pan-fry until cooked.
  • Add in the whole jar of Tully’z All-Natural Rogan Josh Curry Sauce, Mango chutney, cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Open lid and stir through fresh coriander.
  • Serve hot with naan, rice, or roti and Boom-Shaka-Laka..Dinner done!
