Ingredients:

1 jar of Tully'z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce
- 1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)
- 200g tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup rocket leaves
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and lightly fry the tofu cubes until golden. Set aside.
- Spread Tully'z Butter Chicken Curry Sauce evenly over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then top with the cooked tofu and red onion slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh rocket leaves.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy this unique fusion of butter chicken and pizza!
