Ingredients:
- 1 jar of Tully'z Creamy Korma Curry Sauce
- 500g potatoes, peeled and diced into 2 cm cubes
- 1 large green capsicum sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a deep non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly golden and partially cooked.
- Stir in the sliced capsicum and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the entire jar of Tully’z Creamy Korma Curry Sauce, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from heat, mix in the freshly chopped coriander, and serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.
