Tully'z Tikka Masala Curry Beef Pie Ingredients:
- 1 jar of Tully'z Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
- 500g beef mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 sheets of puff pastry
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh coriander, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the beef mince and cook until browned.
- Stir in the Tully'z Tikka Masala Curry Sauce and peas, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and place one sheet into a pie dish.
- Pour the beef curry mixture into the pie dish and cover with the second sheet of puff pastry. Seal the edges and make a few slits on top for ventilation.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
